Answering the requests of our clients, T. Malouf & Company performs full retained searches on a fixed fee basis with the following payment schedule:
25% payable upon commencement
25% payable after 30 days
50% payable upon the candidate's acceptance of your offer
How is the fixed fee calculated?
For a single engagement, the fee is 25% of the candidate's estimated first year cash compensation. The fee is agreed upon in advance, and is fixed. There are discounts for multiple engagements performed simultaneously.
